LIFE IS MADE OF LITTLE THINGS

It has been ages since I found this picture online and I knew- one day I'll make a bracelet like that myself.

The only thing that has been keeping me from it was finding a perfect size brass hex nuts. But as people say: there's nothing that you cannot buy on eBay. It's super easy to make one of these, and it doesn't cost much.

All you need is:

  • a handful of brass hex nuts (size M3)
  • leather cord
  • matching chain and a clasp.

And then you start braiding. The same way you do with your hair before going to bed...the difference is that you need to add a hex nut on the cord before making every move. Don't forget to secure the ends. Then add a small chain, a clasp and voila!

It's perfect! I love the colour, materials, the way it looks and feels on my hand...adds some toughness to the look.
Match with other rings, watches, other bracelets...feel free to improvise.

I found a perfect match- my vintage mechanic watch ring (or at least what's left of it). I found it in a vintage market in Camden.

Good luck and good look!
